Armin Pajand
ARMIN PAJAND, MCC is a Houston-based executive coach and leadership advisor who helps senior leaders and Fortune 500 executives build the adaptive capacity to perform in complex, fast-changing environments. A former head of leadership and executive development within Fortune 500 settings, Armin blends behavioral science with pragmatic execution—so insight turns into sustained behavior change.
He is the founder of Momentum For Leaders and the creator of AdaptX™, two science-backed, AI-enabled executive coaching systems designed at accelerating leadership transition, succession planning and career advancement.
Armin developed AdaptX™ as a direct response to a critical effectiveness gap in the industry. Recognizing that traditional coaching often fails to create lasting behavioral change, he built a system designed to close the gap between insight and action. Over the past 20 years, his work has supported more than 1,500 executives across industries and geographies, including engagements with organizations such as Microsoft, Google, Apple, Meta, Cisco, Salesforce, Pfizer, ExxonMobil, and NASA.
His multi-industry experience and academic research give him a unique vantage point and enable him to equip his clients with the latest evidence-based practices and advice. His insights on leadership development and adaptive leadership have been featured in Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, Market Watch, and The Globe and Mail.
Armin teaches executive education and Adaptive Leadership through the LBJ School’s Governor’s Center for Management Development at the University of Texas at Austin. He serves as an advisory board member with University of California, Irvine Continuing Education.
He holds an MSc in Organizational Development from HEC Paris and the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University.
